Strategic Operator Approach: Oman Growth deployed senior practice leaders to architect and implement an end-to-end execution roadmap. Re-engineered 28 administrative processes using Lean Six Sigma, launched unified digital citizen portal with Oman PKI authentication, and automated approvals.
